All cuts are vacuum-sealed for freshness and packed in insulated shipping boxes with dry ice or non-toxic gel packs to ensure they remain at food-safe temperatures during transit.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by Sunday are typically processed and shipped on Monday or Tuesday via overnight or two-day delivery to prevent weekend delays and ensure optimal quality.
Can I freeze the meat upon arrival?
Yes, our vacuum-sealed packaging is specifically designed for the freezer. You can store your cuts in the freezer for up to 6–12 months without risking freezer burn.
What is your refund policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or at an unsafe temperature, please contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
